Saint-Gauzens is located on the Dadou , a tributary of the Agout . Saint-Gauzens is located about 39 km northeast of Toulouse and about 28 km southwest of Albi . Saint-Gauzens is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Parisot in the north and northwest, Puybegon in the north and northeast, Briatexte in the east, Fiac in the south, Ambres in the west and Giroussens in the northwest.
