Le Rialet is a French commune with 55 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Castres and the canton of Mazamet-2 Vallée du Thoré (until 2015 Mazamet-Nord-Est ).

Le Rialet is located on the northern foothills of the Montagne Noire (Eng. "Black Mountains"). The municipality is located about 22 kilometers east-southeast of Castres . Le Rialet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cambounès in the north and north-west, Lasfaillades in the east and north-east, Le Vintrou in the south and south-east, Pont-de-Larn in the south-west and Boissezon in the west.
