Cuq-Toulza is located about 29 kilometers west-southwest of Castres in northern Lauragais on the Girou . Cuq-Toulza is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Algans in the north, Lacroisille in the east and northeast, Puylaurens in the east, Péchaudier in the east and southeast, Aguts in the southeast, Mouzens and Le Cabanial in the south, Auriac-sur-Vendinelle in the southwest, Le Faget in the West and Cambon-lès-Lavaur in the north-west.
