Mont-Roc ( Occitan Montròc ) is a southern French municipality with 190 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). Mont-Roc belongs to the Arrondissement of Castres and is part of the canton of Le Haut Dadou (until 2015 Montredon-Labessonnié ).

Mont-Roc is located in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park , about 29 kilometers southeast of Albi , on the Dadou , which borders the municipality to the north and west. Mont-Roc is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Teillet in the north and north-west, Rayssac in the east and south-east, Arifat in the south and south-west and Le Travet in the west.
