Marzens ( Occitan : Sant Salvaire ) is a southern French municipality with 298 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Tarn department in the Occitania region . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Castres and the canton of Lavaur Cocagne (until 2015: canton of Lavaur ). The inhabitants are called Marzinois .

Marzens is about 39 kilometers southwest of Albi . Marzens is surrounded by the neighboring communities Lavaur in the north and north-west, Massac-Séran in the east and north-east, Pratviel in the south-east, Roquevidal in the south and south-east and Lacougotte-Cadoul in the west and south-west.
