The Biamanga National Park is a national park in the southeast of the Australian state of New South Wales . It is located 307 km south of Sydney and about 20 km north of the town of Bega in the coastal mountains. The Brago River limits it in the southwest. The Princes Highway runs west of the park . In 1994 the area was declared a national park. The state nature reserve Bermaguee Nature Reserve connects to the northeast .
The Mumbulla Mountain is the highest point of the park and is the Aboriginesstamm the Yuin , as well as several other locations in the park, as sacred. The park also protects the natural landscape of the New South Wales Coast Mountains.
Visitors can also visit the Mumbulla Creek cataract , which has picnic and barbecue areas. The park is only accessible via an unpaved road.
