coat of arms
Blazon : "In a split shield in front in gold a green, upwardly directed oak leaf with acorn, behind in green three five-petalled silver flowers with red clusters in stakes." | |
Justification of the coat of arms: The division of the coat of arms in two points indicates the two districts of Stroheich and Oberehe. The green oak leaf on a golden background stands for the district of Stroheich with its large oak stocks and represents the place name in the form of a talking coat of arms. The district of Oberehe is symbolized by the inclusion of the coat of arms of the Knights of Overee with the three silver flowers, Century are demonstrable. |
