The one-day race Paris – Roubaix 1902 was the seventh edition of the cycling classic and took place on Sunday, March 30, 1902.

The race ran for 268 kilometers from Chatou and the drivers were driven by motorized pacemakers . 50 (or 53) cyclists started, 31 of whom reached the finish. The winner Lucien Lesna completed the race at an average speed of 25.088 kilometers per hour . It was his second victory after 1901.
