Start of the race in Paris

The one-day race Paris – Roubaix 1910 was the 15th edition of the cycling classic and took place on Sunday, March 27th, 1910.

The race went from Chatou over 266 kilometers. There were 145 racing cyclists at the start, 69 of whom were able to place. The winner Octave Lapize , who had also won the year before, completed the race at an average speed of 29.27 kilometers per hour .

Octave Lapize and Cyrille Van Houwaert drove into the Vélodrome roubaisien together to complete the last six laps. Van Hauwaert was leading for five laps, but on the final lap Lapize managed to skip the Belgian driver.
