The one-day race Paris – Roubaix 1950 was the 48th edition of the cycling classic and took place on Sunday, April 9, 1950.

The race led from Saint-Denis , north of Paris , to Roubaix , where it ended in the Vélodrome André-Pétrieux . The route was 247 kilometers long. There were 231 drivers at the start, 76 of whom were able to place. The winner Fausto Coppi completed the race with an average speed of 39.123 km / h .

It was torrential rain. The race was led by a group of 20 drivers. At the food control in Arras , Coppi drove an attack and only Maurice Diot could follow him.
