The one-day race Paris – Roubaix 1922 was the 23rd edition of the cycling classic and took place on Sunday, April 16, 1922.

The race went from Suresnes over 262 kilometers. 148 racing drivers started, 81 of whom were able to place. The winner Albert Dejonghe completed the race at an average speed of 33.66 km / h .

Henri Pélissier, two-time Paris-Roubaix winner, dominated the race in the first hour. However, he failed to eat enough, became hungry and fell back to tenth place. Behind Arras, Albert Dejonghe attacked and pulled away alone. The victory in this race was the greatest achievement of his entire career.
