The one-day race Paris – Roubaix 1954 was the 52nd edition of the cycling classic and took place on Sunday, April 11, 1954.

The race led from Saint-Denis , north of Paris , to Roubaix , where it ended in the Vélodrome André-Pétrieux . The route was 246 kilometers long. 112 drivers placed. The winner Raymond Impanis completed the race with an average speed of 35.59 km / h .

It was leading a small group of favorites when Raymond Impanis attacked 1500 meters from the finish on the instructions of his sporting director Antonin Magne . He crossed the finish line on the cycling track with a lead of 100 meters. This year he won the triple from Paris – Nice , Tour of Flanders and Paris – Roubaix, which Gaston Rebry had last achieved in 1934.
