The one-day race Paris – Roubaix 2012 was the 110th edition of the cycling classic and took place on Sunday, April 8, 2012. The race was part of the UCI WorldTour .

The race led from Compiègne , around 80 kilometers north of Paris , to Roubaix , where it ended in the Vélodrome André-Pétrieux . The entire route was 257.5 kilometers long and led over 27 pavé sectors with a length of 51.5 kilometers. The winner Tom Boonen completed the race at an average speed of 43.476  km / h .

With 55 kilometers to go, Boonen pulled out of the peloton without building up any resistance. At first he was joined by Alessandro Ballan , Filippo Pozzato and Niki Terpstra , but they couldn't keep up with Boonen. In a single trip graduated Boonen the rest of the race to the velodrome of Roubaix, where he earned his fourth victory in Paris-Roubaix won. With that he drew level with the four-time winner Roger De Vlaeminck , and he is the only driver who has twice achieved the double Tour of Flanders / Paris-Roubaix . (As of 2015)
