Sainte-Radegonde ( Gascon : Senta Regonda) is a French municipality with 182 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipality association Lomagne Gersoise . The residents call themselves Saint-Radegondois / Saint-Radegondoises .
It is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pauilhac in the north, Fleurance in the northeast, east and southeast, Réjaumont in the south and southwest, La Sauvetat in the west and Lamothe-Goas in the northwest.
