The Blues Years is a compilation album by British rock musician Eric Clapton and was released in the United Kingdom in 1999 under the Castle Select label (SELCD 565). The album includes tracks from Clapton's time with the Yardbirds , Immediate All-Stars , Bluesbreakers , Tiny Tim and Jimmy Page .

reception

Critic Stephen Thomas Erlewine of the music website Allmusic describes the compilation of the titles as "coherent" and notes that all songs were published with "comments" and "good sound". The album is ideal for “hard-core Clapton fans” who have to hear everything he's done. Finally, Erlewine awarded 2.5 of the 5 possible evaluation units for the compilation.
