The Cream of Clapton is a greatest hits album by British rock musician Eric Clapton . It was released in March 1995 under the Polydor label . The album includes works from Clapton's solo career as well as some songs by Cream , Blind Faith and Derek and the Dominos .

reception

The music website Allmusic gave the album 4.5 out of 5 stars and described it as excellent . The album reached number 80 on the Billboard 200 and sold over three million copies in the United States in one year.
