Defending champion in the singles was Nicolás Almagro , who was eliminated in the quarter-finals this year. The two-seeded Spaniard Tommy Robredo won the individual competition. In the final he defeated the Brazilian Thomaz Bellucci in three sets with 6: 3, 3: 6, 6: 4 and won his eighth career title. In doubles, Marcelo Melo and André Sá were the defending champions, they were eliminated in the first round. In the double final, the duo Marcel Granollers and Robredo won against Lucas Arnold Ker and Juan Mónaco in two sets 6: 4 and 7: 5. Robredo won $ 104,500 in total for his singles and doubles win.
