- The former priory church and today's parish church of Saint-Pourçain is a single-nave high Romanesque building with later side chapels and shows Burgundian- Cluniac style influences (pointed arches) inside ; There are also some remains of frescoes as well as a baptismal font ( fonts baptismaux ) and a figure of Maria Magdalena from the 15th century. On the outside, the building - with the exception of the corner stones and the buttresses - made of roughly hewn quarry stones is dominated by a three-storey bell tower on the south side.
