Tscheljuskinez (Ukrainian Челюскінець ; Russian Челюскинец / Tscheljuskinez ) is an urban-type settlement in the south of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 1,100 inhabitants.
The place belongs administratively to the district Lutuhyne , the district center Lutuhyne is located 4 kilometers south, the oblast capital Luhansk is 17 kilometers northeast of the place, through it runs the river Bila (Біла).
Chelyuskineets was founded in the 1930s and was given urban-type settlement status in 1967. Since the summer of 2014, the town has been occupied by separatists from the Lugansk People's Republic during the war in Ukraine .
