Fedoriwka (Ukrainian Федорівка ; Russian Фёдоровка / Fjodorowka ) is an urban-type settlement in eastern Ukraine with about 400 inhabitants.

The place belongs administratively together with the 2 settlements Butkewytsch (Буткевич) and Werhuliwkske (Вергулівське) as well as the village Voskressenivka (Воскресенівка) to the city Petrovich, which in turn belongs to the urban district of Krasnyj Lutsch .

Fedorivka was founded in 1800, in 1958 the village was designated an urban-type settlement.
