Hlybokyj (Ukrainian Глибокий ; Russian Глубокий / Gluboki ) is an urban-type settlement in the west of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 200 inhabitants.

Administratively, the place belongs to the municipality of the city of Brjanka, 7 kilometers northeast, and is directly subordinate to the municipality, the oblast capital Luhansk is 53 kilometers east of the place.

The place came into being after the Second World War and was elevated to an urban-type settlement in 1963.Since summer 2014, the place has been occupied by separatists from the Lugansk People's Republic during the Ukraine War.
