Tazyne (Ukrainian Тацине ; Russian Тацино / Tazino ) is an urban-type settlement in the south of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 250 inhabitants.
Administratively, the place belongs to the municipality of Rowenky, 12 kilometers north-west, and belongs to the settlement council of Mychajliwka (2 kilometers to the west), the oblast capital Luhansk is 55 kilometers north of the place, the river Juskina (Юськіна) flows through the place .
Tazyne was founded in 1910 and was upgraded to an urban-type settlement in 1969. Since the summer of 2014, the town has been occupied by separatists from the Lugansk People's Republic during the war in Ukraine .
