Zentralnyj (Ukrainian Центральний ; Russian Центральный / Zentralny ) is an urban-type settlement in the south of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 800 inhabitants.

Administratively, the place belongs to the Perewalsk Rajon, the Perewalsk Rajonszentrum is located 20 kilometers northeast, the Oblast capital Luhansk is 58 kilometers east of the village.

Zentralnyj was founded in 1928 as Selyschtsche imeni Demyschenko , was renamed to its current name in 1959 and received the status of an urban-type settlement in 1987. Since the summer of 2014, the town has been occupied by separatists from the Lugansk People's Republic during the war in Ukraine .
