2nd Division (German Empire)
The 2nd Division , also known as the 2nd Infantry Division for the duration of the mobile relationship , was a large unit of the Prussian Army .

history
The large association was originally founded as a troop brigade in Danzig in March 1816 and expanded to a division on September 5, 1819. The command was in Danzig, from 1890 in Königsberg and then from 1899 until it was dissolved in 1919 in Insterburg.
