Hrdějovice (German Hartowitz ) is a village in the Jihočeský kraj region in the Czech Republic, which extends along a railway line and a thoroughfare . It is located five kilometers north of the city of České Budějovice .
history
The place was first mentioned in documents in 1350. According to this, Bušek, pastor of Budweis, sold the rectory to his subordinates on October 16, 1350. The district Opatovice was first mentioned in 1378. The municipality belonged to the Budweis district .

The municipality Hrdějovice consists of the districts Hrdějovice and Opatovice ( Opatowitz ). The Nová Obora, Těšín and Trägerův Dvůr residential areas also belong to Hrdějovice.
