history

The first written mention of the place took place in 1219, when the Vladike Predich de Artmaniz ( Předík z Hartmanic ) appeared as a witness in a deed of donation by Ottokar I. Přemysl about the village Bojenice to the Milevsko monastery . At the former Šlojíř well, ceramic and vessel remains from this period were found during the construction of the new waterworks. In 1354 Hartmanice was listed alongside Zálší , Mažice , Klečaty, Skrbkov and Doubí among the villages of the parish of St. Stephen in Horní Bukovsko. After the local parish died out during the Hussite Wars, Hartmanice belonged to the Modrá Hůrka parish . It is believed that the village was largely owned by the von Rosenbergs in the 15th century , while Lipolt von Kraselov on Žimutice held a small stake in Korákov since 1414. The Kraselovský later sold this part to the owner of the Týn nad Vltavou estate , Jan Čabelický von Soutice. His grandson of the same name bought from Johann d. Ä. von Schwanberg added the other part of Hartmanice and the villages Doubí and Korákov. After Jan Čabelický's death, the Týn nad Vltavou estate was divided between his four sons. Karel Čabelický received Žimutice and had the festival there renewed; he bought Hartmanice and Korákov from his brothers. In 1623 he was sentenced to lose his property for participating in the class uprising of 1618, later his son Václav Čabelický received it back by an imperial decree. Václav Čabelický sold Žimutice in 1630 to Johann Philipp Cratz von Scharffenstein ( Jan Filip Krac ze Šafrštejna ). After his execution his property fell to the Bohemian crown ; In 1642 Václav Čabelický got the rule back. On May 2, 1648 he sold the Žimutice manor, deserted by the Thirty Years' War, with the brewery and the burned down and desolate villages of Žimutice, Štipoklasy, Hartmanice, Krakovčice, Korákov and the Sobětice farm to Johann von Eckersdorf ( Jan z Ekrštorfu ). In the Berní rula from 1654, twelve farmers are listed for Hartmanice, five of them old residents. On September 5, 1676, Johann Adolf I von Schwarzenberg bought the rule from Johann von Eckersdorf and added it to the rule Wittingau . In 1722, the owner of Zálší, Wenzel Ignaz, Imperial Count Wratislaw von Mitrowitz, arranged for the branch church Horní Bukovsko to be separated from Modrá Hůrka and a parish to be established in Zálší, to which Hartmanice belonged from then on. In the stable cadastre of 1828, two stone houses in the village of Hartmanice can be seen in addition to the Kohout estate, the majority of the houses were wooden buildings. In 1840 Hartmanitz consisted of 30 houses with 280 inhabitants. The parish was in Zalschy . During this time the construction of ornate stone courtyards in peasant baroque style began. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village was always subject to Gut Bzy, which was part of the Wittingau dominion .

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Hartmanice / Hartmanice after 1850 with the districts Dubové Mlýny / Eichmühl and Sobětice / Sobietitz a municipality in the district administration and the judicial district of Tyn nad Vltavou / Moldau Thein. During this time the construction of ornate stone courtyards in peasant baroque style began. Sobětice and Dubové Mlýny broke up in 1888 and formed the municipality of Sobětice. In 1910 there were 284 Czech-speaking residents in Hartmanice. After the Okres Týn nad Vltavou was abolished, the municipality was assigned to the Okres České Budějovice in 1961 and incorporated into Žimutice on June 14, 1964. Hartmanice broke away from Žimutice after a referendum on November 24, 1990.
