Saint-Antonin ( Gascon : Sent Antonin) is a French commune with 159 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gers department in the Occitanie region (until 2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement Condom and the municipal association Bastides de Lomagne . The residents call themselves ois / oises .

Saint-Antonin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mansempuy in the north, Mauvezin in the northeast, east and southeast, Saint-Sauvy in the south and southwest, Augnax in the west and Puycasquier in the northwest.
