Curis-au-Mont-d'Or is a French commune with 1,172 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Métropole de Lyon in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lyon and until 2015 to the canton of Neuville-sur-Saône . The inhabitants are called Curissois .

Curis-au-Mont-d'Or is a banlieue about 13 kilometers north of the city center of Lyon on the western bank of the Saône . Curis-au-Mont-d'Or is surrounded by the neighboring communities Neuville-sur-Saône in the north and northeast, Albigny-sur-Saône in the east, Couzon-au-Mont-d'Or in the south, Poleymieux-au-Mont- d'Or in the southwest and Saint-Germain-au-Mont-d'Or in the west.
