Saint-Martin-en-Haut is a French commune with 3,865 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Rhône in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . Administratively, Saint-Martin-en-Haut belongs to the Arrondissement of Lyon and is part of the canton of Vaugneray (until 2015: canton of Saint-Symphorien-sur-Coise ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Martionis or Fagotiers .
