Tupin-et-Semons is a French municipality with 617 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Rhône in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . Tupin-et-Semons belongs to the arrondissement of Lyon and the canton of Mornant (until 2015: canton of Condrieu ).
geography
Tupin-et-Semons is about 30 kilometers south of Lyon on the Rhône . Tupin-et-Semons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Haies in the north and north-west, Ampuis in the north and north-east, Reventin-Vaugris in the east, Chonas-l'Amballan in the south and Condrieu in the west and south-west.
The former route nationale 86 (today's D386) runs through the municipality .
