Every Little Thing is a pop rock song written by Doyle Bramhall II , Nikka Costa and Justin Stanley and released on Eric Clapton's studio album Old Sock and as a single in 2013 .

Clapton stated in an interview for Old Sock that the songwriters wrote the title for a Clapton performance in front of his family. The song is about Clapton's family. He described the song as "beautiful" but noted that he would never write anything like that.
