The municipality Frisanco ( Furlanisch Frisanc ) is located in northeast Italy in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region . It is located north of Pordenone and has 594 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). The municipality is 500 meters above sea level and covers a municipality of 61.20 km².

In addition to the main town of Frisanco, the municipality includes two fractions , Casasola and Poffabro. The latter is a member of the association I borghi più belli d'Italia (The Most Beautiful Places in Italy).

The neighboring communities are Andreis , Barcis , Cavasso Nuovo , Claut , Fanna , Maniago , Meduno , Tramonti di Sopra and Tramonti di Sotto .
