Dogna is a municipality in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia with 157 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

The border with Austria ran here until 1918 , the valley of the Fella is called above the Canal Valley (Val Canale), from then on the Iron Valley (Canal del Ferro).
