Pesarina valley

Prato Carnico (in the Furlan dialect: Prât di Cjargne or Prât ) is a north-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 880 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region . The municipality is located about 61 kilometers north-northwest of Udine in the Pesarina Valley in Carnia , belongs to the Comunità Montana della Carnia and borders directly on the province of Belluno . The administrative headquarters are in the district of Pieria .
