Mühlhof is a district in the southwest of Nuremberg and the name of the district 3447. Together with Gerasmühle , Lohhof , Krottenbach and Holzheim , Mühlhof forms the statistical district 55 ( Krottenbach, Mühlhof ) and belongs to the Nuremberg postal code district 90453.
geography
Bundesstraße 2 and the Rednitz run through Mühlhof . Neighboring districts are Eibach , Reichelsdorf and Wolkersdorf . In the south the place is connected to Holzheim.
history
The oldest records of Mühlhof date from 1336. The village developed from the mill belonging to Reichelsdorf. It was given as an imperial fiefdom to the Waldstromer and later to the Pfinzing, Derrer and Furtenbach.
Mühlhof was incorporated into Nuremberg in 1922 together with Krottenbach and Reichelsdorf.
