Eibacher Forst is the name of the district 3412 in the south of Nuremberg . It belongs to the statistical district 4 “Südliche Außenstadt” .

The district borders in the west on the port of Nuremberg, in the north on the Nuremberg districts 45 Gartenstadt and 44 Trierer Straße , in the east on the Lorenzer Reichswald and the forest Kleinschwarzenlohe and in the south on the places of the district 49 Kornburg, Worzeldorf . In the northeast lies the wasteland of Steinbrüchlein . The highest point is the Föhrenbuck in the west with 369  m above sea level. NHN , which is located in the nature reserve Sandgruben am Föhrenbuck . Much of the area is designated as the Königshof landscape protection area ( LSG-00536.01 ). The A73 motorway and the Ludwig-Danube-Main Canal run through the area . The land trenches Brünnelgraben , Ottergraben and Entengraben run from east to west.
