So far, the EBU has not announced a venue for the event.
format
Executive supervisor
In January 2020 the EBU announced that Martin Österdahl would succeed Jon Ola Sand as the new Executive Supervisor of all Eurovision events after the ESC 2020 . Prior to his appointment, Österdahl was executive producer of the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 and the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 as well as a member of the Eurovision Song Contest reference group between 2012 and 2018 . It will be the first edition of the Eurovision Choir in which Jon Ola Sand will not act as Executive Supervisor.

So far, only Wales has confirmed its participation in the 2021 competition.
