The Hiaslegg ( 1154 m above sea level ) is a pass on the edge of the southwestern Hochschwab group in Styria .
Location and landscape
The top of the pass lies between the Trenchtlingstock, which belongs to the Hochschwab Group, in the north and the Mürz Valley Alps in the south. From Trofaiach you can reach Hiaslegg through the Rötzgraben from a south-westerly direction after about twelve kilometers, from Pichl-Großdorf to the east it is about five kilometers.
The pass road is not paved on both sides and is therefore particularly popular with mountain bikers . The Gasthaus zum Hiaslegg and some parking spaces are located directly at the top of the pass and serve as a starting point for hikes.

Individual evidence
- ↑ a b Hochschwab group in the narrower sense, according to the landscape structure of Styria ; the Alpine Club division of the Eastern Alps (AVE) does not lead the Mürz Valley Alps and pulls the Hochschwab Group into the Murtal.
