Roquebrune ( Gascon : Ròcabruna ) is a municipality with 280 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the French department of Gironde . It belongs to the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides in the Langon arrondissement . The inhabitants are called Roquebrunais .
geography
Roquebrune is about 63 kilometers east-southeast of Bordeaux . Roquebrune is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Neuffons in the north, Coutures in the northeast, Saint-Sulpice-de-Guilleragues in the east, Fossès-et-Baleyssac in the southeast, Saint-Hilaire-de-la-Noaille in the south and southwest, Loubens in the west as well Mesterrieux in the northwest.
The community is located on Via Lemovicensis , one of the four historic " Way of the Pilgrims in France ".
