Syrov (German Syrow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located 14 kilometers northwest of Humpolec and belongs to the Okres Pelhřimov .
geography
Syrov is located on the southern slope of the Vršek hill (500 m) in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands above the Martinický potok valley.
Neighboring towns are Hořice in the north, Děkančice and Hroznětice in the northeast, Senožaty in the southeast, Nečice and Číhovice in the south, Jiřičky in the southwest, Onšov in the west and Kalná Hať, Šamplice, Chlovy and Dunice in the northwest.
