Bělá is located in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands on Bělský Kopec (708 m) in the headwaters of the Bělá river. It is located 13 kilometers south of Pelhřimov .
Neighboring towns are Janovice, Ostrovec and Josefinská Huť in the north, Hříběcí in the east, Turovka and Horní Ves in the south-east, Léskovec and Polesí in the south, Ctiboř in the south-west and Perky and Veselá in the west.
