Buřenice (German Burschenitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located ten kilometers northeast of Pacov and belongs to the Okres Pelhřimov .
geography
Buřenice is located in the southwest of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands . The place lies at the northeastern foot of the Stražiště massif in the headwaters of the brook Vyklantický potok. The Stražiště (744 m) rises to the south-west, the Kamenný vrch (626 m), Holý vrch (703 m) and Altán (633 m) to the west.
Neighboring towns are Tříznicko, Petrovsko and Kramolín in the north, Borek, Chyšná and Marti u Onšova in the Northeast, U Hánovych, Nová Ves and Krasolesí the east, Arneštovice and Radějov the southeast, U Krčmáře, Dobroměřice and Lesná in the south, Babice and Útěchovice pod Stražištěm in the south-west, Nové Vyklantice and Staré Vyklantice in the west and Nový Smrdov, Starý Smrdov and Skočidolovice in the north-west.
history
The village was first mentioned in documents in 1280 during a battle between Buřenice and Babice between the troops of Otto the Tall One of Brandenburg and King Rudolf I. Buřenice was a Vladikensitz , and there was a fortress near the church.
After the abolition of patrimonial Buřenice formed from 1850 with the district Babice a municipality in the district administration Ledetsch . A little later Dolní Kralovice became the seat of the district court . From 1949 Buřenice belonged to the Okres Pacov. After its dissolution, the community was assigned to the Okres Pelhřimov in 1961 and Kyjov and Radějov (with Dobroměřice) were incorporated. In 1985 Buřenice was attached to Košetice . The community has existed again since 1992.
Community structure
The municipality Buřenice consists of the districts Babice ( Babitz ), Buřenice ( Burschenitz ), Kyjov ( Kühhof ) and Radějov ( Radejow ). Basic settlement units are Babice, Buřenice, Dobroměřice ( Dobromeritz ), Kyjov and Radějov.
The municipality is divided into the cadastral districts of Buřenice, Kyjov u Buřenic and Radějov u Buřenic.
