It belongs to the arrondissement of Mont-de-Marsan and the canton of Mont-de-Marsan-2 (until 2015: canton of Mont-de-Marsan-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Campenois .

geography

Campagne is located about eleven kilometers west-southwest of Mont-de-Marsan in the Landes de Gascogne forests . The Midouze limits the municipality to the north. Campagne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Martin-d'Oney in the north, Saint-Perdon in the east, Haut-Mauco in the south-east, Aurice in the south and south-east, Le Leuy in the south and south-west and Meilhan in the west.
