Saint-Perdon is a commune with 1,726 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of land in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the arrondissement of Mont-de-Marsan and the canton of Mont-de-Marsan-2 (until 2015: canton of Mont-de-Marsan-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Perdonnais .

geography

Saint-Perdon is located about eight kilometers west-southwest of Mont-de-Marsan in the Landes de Gascogne forests . The Midouze limits the municipality to the north. Saint-Perdon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Campet-et-Lamolère in the north, Saint-Pierre-du-Mont in the east, Haut-Mauco in the south and south-east, Campagne in the west and Saint-Martin-d'Oney in the north-west.
