Sarria is a municipality in Galicia ( Spain ) on the edge of the Camino de Santiago . It belongs to the province of Lugo and has 13,330 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019).
It is of particular relevance for the Camino de Santiago , because it is the last easily accessible city before the 100-kilometer limit. 100 km is the minimum walking distance for pilgrims to reach Compostela .
