Vulmont is a French commune with 30 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Metz .

geography

Vulmont is located southeast of Metz at an altitude between 206 and 297 m above sea level. The municipal area covers 3.09 km².

history

In the small village there is a Romanesque chapel from the 11th century.

1915–1918 it bore the Germanized name Wulberg and 1940–1944 Walburg .
