Flévy ( Flaiweg in Lorraine ) is a French commune with 557 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region ( Lorraine until 2015 ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Metz .

The municipality of Flévy is located in a side valley of the Moselle , about 15 kilometers north of Metz at an altitude between 172 and 259 m above sea level. The municipality covers 11.58 km².
