Klein Pampau is a municipality in the Duchy of Lauenburg in Schleswig-Holstein . The old village, the new village and the forest road are in the municipality.

geography

The village is about 7 km east of Schwarzenbek an der Steinau.

history

The village was first mentioned in the Ratzeburg tithe register of 1230 as "sclauico Pampowe" (Wendisch Pampau).

In 1919 an explosives factory was set up in Klein Pampau, but it was shut down again at the end of 1926. From 1974 the remains of the factory were removed.

Of the nine seats in the municipal council has Wählergemeinschaft FWG since the local elections in 2018 five seats and the SPD four.
