Sports
- The ski area in Kupres extends at an altitude of 1200 to 1550 m above sea level and has four ski slopes with a total length of 13 km. There are two ski lifts and one chair lift each (a double chair lift and a detachable quad chair lift) and a baby lift with a capacity of 5000 people per hour. During the Bosnian War, the ski area (especially the hotel) was damaged, but then reopened with the purchase of used equipment.
- The detachable quad chairlift comes from Flumserberg / Switzerland and was built there in 1986 by the French company Poma , it was the first, modern, detachable quad chairlift in Switzerland. It was replaced there in 2006 by an eight-seater chairlift, it was again the first in Switzerland, and was set up again here in Kupres.
- The double chairlift is also a used facility. This lift, made by Doppelmayr , originally comes from Bichlbach / Austria and has been in operation there since 1977. The lift had to make way for a new system and was dismantled in August 2007 and re-erected in Kupres.
