Bas-et-Lezat is a French municipality with 333 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Riom and the canton of Maringues .

Bas-et-Lezat is about 24 kilometers northeast of Riom . Bas-et-Lezat is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Brugheas in the north and north-east, Saint-Sylvestre-Pragoulin in the east, Villeneuve-les-Cerfs in the east and south-east, Saint-Clément-de-Régnat in the south and Effiat in the west.
