Bas-et-Lezat is about 24 kilometers northeast of Riom . Bas-et-Lezat is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Brugheas in the north and north-east, Saint-Sylvestre-Pragoulin in the east, Villeneuve-les-Cerfs in the east and south-east, Saint-Clément-de-Régnat in the south and Effiat in the west.
